Terms and Conditions — ParcelAudit.io

1. GENERAL

These terms apply to all orders placed via parcelaudit.io. ParcelAudit.io is operated from the Netherlands. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. SERVICES

ParcelAudit.io offers the following digital services:

- Shipping Cost Quick Scan (€99, one-time): A one-time analysis of your shipment data resulting in a PDF report with findings and recommendations.
- Monthly Shipping Monitor (€49/month): A recurring monthly analysis of your shipment data with an updated report each month.

3. ORDER AND DELIVERY

After placing your order you will receive an email with instructions to upload your shipment data. We will deliver your report within 48 business hours of receiving your data. Delivery is by email in PDF format. No physical product is shipped.

4. DATA UPLOAD

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipment data. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect analysis resulting from incomplete or inaccurate data. We accept CSV, XLSX and XLS file formats.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Shopify's payment system. For the Monthly Monitor, billing is recurring monthly until cancelled.

6. CANCELLATION — MONTHLY MONITOR

You may cancel your Monthly Monitor subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As our services are digital and delivery begins immediately after your upload is processed, the right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht) under EU consumer law may not apply once delivery of the digital service has begun. By uploading your data and accepting delivery, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal for that service period.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The analysis and recommendations in our reports are based on the data you provide and carrier rate information available at the time of analysis. Actual savings may vary. ParcelAudit.io is not liable for decisions made based on the report. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All reports, analyses and content produced by ParcelAudit.io remain the intellectual property of ParcelAudit.io until full payment is received. After payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the report for your own business purposes.

10. PRIVACY

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the GDPR. Your shipment data is used solely to perform the analysis and is deleted after your report is delivered.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
