The Quick Scan is a one-time analysis of your shipment data. We look at what you currently pay per carrier, per country and per weight class — then compare it against cheaper alternatives. You receive a PDF report within 48 hours with your cost breakdown and 3–5 concrete recommendations to reduce your monthly shipping spend.

We recommend at least 1-3 months of shipment history for meaningful results. The more data, the more accurate the savings estimate. A minimum of 50-100 shipments gives us enough to work with.

We work with exports from Shopify, Sendcloud, ShipStation, WooCommerce and any custom CSV file. After purchase we send you clear instructions for exporting from each platform — it typically takes 5 minutes.

Once we receive your shipment data, we deliver your report within 48 hours on business days. We will email you as soon as it's ready.

You receive a clear PDF with: a cost breakdown per destination country, carrier usage analysis, average cost per order, inefficient routes flagged, cheaper carrier alternatives with exact price differences, an estimated monthly saving and 3–5 specific actions to take. It's written to be understood without any logistics knowledge.

Yes. The Quick Scan is a single payment of €99 with no recurring costs, no subscription and no hidden fees. You pay once and receive one complete report.

The Monthly Monitor is a subscription where we analyse your shipment data every month. You upload your latest export, we compare it against the previous month and against cheaper alternatives, and we send you an updated report with new findings and actions. It keeps you continuously optimised as your routes and volumes change.

Not required, but recommended. The Quick Scan establishes your baseline and gives you immediate savings to act on. The Monthly Monitor then tracks whether those savings hold and flags new opportunities as your business evolves.

Yes. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged for the following month.

At the start of each month you receive an email reminder from us. Export your shipment history for the previous month from your platform and upload it via your personal secure link. The whole process takes about 5 minutes.

Yes. Your data is used solely to perform the analysis. We do not share it with third parties, do not use it for advertising and delete it from our systems after your report is delivered. We operate in compliance with GDPR.

We need your shipment export — typically a CSV containing order IDs, destination countries, carrier names, weight and shipping costs. No customer personal data (names, addresses) is needed. Most platforms allow you to export this without sensitive customer information.

In rare cases where your current setup is already fully optimised, we will tell you that clearly in the report. You still receive a complete cost breakdown and carrier analysis. Contact us at hello@parcelaudit.io if you feel the report did not deliver value and we will review your case.

The €870 figure is based on a store shipping 500 parcels per month with an average saving of €1.74 per parcel after switching to the recommended carrier. Your actual saving depends on your volume, current carrier and destination mix.
