DIGITAL DELIVERY — NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

ParcelAudit.io sells digital services only. No physical products are shipped. All deliveries are made by email in PDF format.

HOW DELIVERY WORKS

1. Place your order via parcelaudit.io
2. You receive an email with instructions to upload your shipment data
3. Upload your CSV, XLSX or XLS export via the link provided
4. We analyse your data and deliver your report by email within 48 business hours

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

We aim to deliver all reports within 48 business hours of receiving your complete and valid shipment data. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 CET, excluding Dutch public holidays.

If delivery takes longer than 7 business days due to circumstances on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

NO SHIPPING COSTS

There are no shipping costs. All fees are service fees for the analysis and report only.
