DIGITAL SERVICES — GENERAL POLICY

ParcelAudit.io provides digital services. Because our reports are custom-produced based on your specific data, we generally do not offer refunds once a report has been delivered.

QUICK SCAN (€99 ONE-TIME)

Before data upload:
If you have paid but have not yet uploaded your shipment data, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing help@parcelaudit.io with your order number.

After data upload and report delivery:
Once your report has been delivered, we do not offer refunds. The service has been fully performed.

Exception — report not delivered:
If we fail to deliver your report within 7 business days of receiving your complete and valid shipment data, you are entitled to a full refund.

Exception — data quality:
If your uploaded data is incomplete or in an unsupported format and we are unable to perform the analysis, we will contact you to resolve this. If no valid data is received within 14 days of your order, we will issue a full refund.

MONTHLY MONITOR (€49/MONTH)

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.

If a monthly report is not delivered within 7 business days of receiving your complete data, we will issue a credit for that month's fee.

NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR REPORT?

If you feel your report did not deliver value, please contact us at help@parcelaudit.io within 14 days of receiving your report. We will review your case personally and work to resolve the issue. We take the quality of our analysis seriously and will make it right where possible.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email help@parcelaudit.io with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your request

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
